It's being billed as his "chance to respond" to Rihanna's interviews ...
The 20-year-old, whose new album Graffiti debuts December 8, will only answer questions in the pre-taped interview and will not promote the album.

Chris Brown's TV interrogation comes just a month after Rihanna's revealing 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer, which aired on the November 5.

Rihanna talked about the assault in graphic detail, admitting that she was "embarrassed" that she still had feelings for Brown after the incident.

Brown said he respected her right to talk about the incident but wished she had kept it quiet. Will he finally tell his unedited version of events?

In any case, Brown has been laying relatively low, performing community labor as a part of his assault sentence, and focusing on his music.

Ojani Noa may be a total unknown, and his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez one of the world's most successful entertainers. But that's not about to keep him down.

Noa, via his agent, is promising to make intimate sex tapes / home videos of the star public next week, despite the star's attempts to block him in court.

"Jennifer Lopez does not want these videos to be entered into open court, where the media and the public can obtain copies of them and watch or share them," said Ed Meyer, Noa's agent. "I will be filing the videos into public court record Monday."

J. Lo filed a $10 million lawsuit against Ojani Noa this month and wants a permanent court order barring her ex-husband from releasing their sex tape.

She also blocked Noa's similar efforts in 2004.
Lopez and legal team have already won court battles against Noa and contend that he is prohibited from talking about her and making the videos public.

A court order currently in place until December 1 prevents Noa from leaking the video. But December 1 is Tuesday, and Meyer also disputes that ruling.

Meyer emailed J. Lo's counsel (and the media) saying he'll "be filing ALL, repeat ALL, Documents, 11 hours + of Home Videos, DVDs, Photographs, etc."

Published reports say the J. Lo sex tape contains images of her motorcycle without pants and also show an argument with her mother. Possibly naked.

Ojani Noa and Jennifer Lopez were married briefly in the 1990s. If these tapes get out, it'll be even more embarrassing for her than that fall on stage.

Rachel Uchitel is either a serial liar or a serial mistress.

In October, she claimed to be having an affair with Bones star David Boreanaz. The celebrity gossip world reported on the story and then shrugged. No offense to Boreanaz, but he doesn't get our jucies flowing.

If Uchitel's latest story is true, however, she'll receive the proper attention she clearly craves.

The National Enquirer reports that Uchitel has been sleeping with Tiger Woods. A friend of Rachel's supposedly told the unreliable tabloid:

"Rachel told me, ‘I’m having an affair with Tiger Woods. We’re in love!’ She even read me text messages Tiger sent her that said ‘I love you, babe. It’s always going to be just you and me. They were constantly sexting."

Tiger's lawyer denies the charges, but does actually tell the Enquirer's print edition that his client met Uchitel at a club.

That admission does cause us to wonder if there's any truth to this rumor. But one look at Elin Nordegren pictures and it's easy to realize: no way Woods is sticking his driver in someone else's hole.

UPDATE: In unrelated and actually true news, Tiger is in "serious" condition after being involved in a single car crash near his home in Florida early this morning.

The crash occurred at 2:20 a.m. near his home, and he was taken to Health Central Hospital with facial lacerations. Woods struck a fire hydrant and then a tree on a neighbor's property. Police say alcohol was not a factor.

According to ESPN, the police report reads, "driver had just pulled out of the driveway at his residence ... as [vehicle] began to drive on Deacon Circle, [vehicle] struck a fire hydrant. The front of [vehicle] then struck a tree."

He was driving a 2009 Cadillac SUV. Here's wishing Woods a speedy recovery.

He's sticking to his belief that there's a double standard for provocative men versus provocative women - but he's also acknowledging that he went too far Sunday night at the American Music Awards.

"I admit, I did get carried away, but I don't see anything wrong with it," he said on The Early Show today. "I do see how people got offended and that was not my intention. My intention was just to interpret the lyrics to my song and have a good time up there."

Lambert added that he "can understand" why parents are upset. But "[children] didn't cross my mind," he said. "It was almost 11 o'clock. It was a nighttime show. I was there in the audience full of mostly adults."
It was also a network show, something Adam should have considered before he grinded his crotch into a dancer's face.

But he says he was overwhelmed by a feeling of just wanting to "let loose." He's also well aware that his music and his antics aren't for everyone, adding:

"Like Idol, I have the tendency to divide people. You either like it or you don't."

You gotta admit: it's refreshing to hear an artist not cater to the common denominator; or change who he is because some people might be uncomfortable.

While acknowledging the criticism that's come his way, Lambert also repeated his belief that if "a female pop performer [did] the moves... there would have been nearly as much of an outrage."

In fact, Janet Jackson grabbed a male dancer's crotch earlier in the night! Where is the controversy over that?!?

"I didn't hear one peep about that," he said, stating why he thinks people have responded so negatively toward him: "I am a gay male."

Scruffy Spencer Pratt pal Charlie is apparently the all-knowing oracle of baby-making schemes perpetrated by girls. Plus 2, because you gotta wonder why.

Bored with girls night out after like 15 minutes, Kristin Cavallari leaves a voicemail for a mystery man. Gee, we wonder who. Minus 3 for the fake suspense.

Spencer takes Heidi out for sushi to "test" her. She passes on wine, and on raw fish, then nonchalantly brings up neighbor Enzo to complete the trifecta. Plus 5.

In the morning, Stacie learns Kristin brought a guy home and he's in her shower! Minus 5 for MTV expecting us to believe Justin-Bobby drove five hours in response to this booty call, but Plus 8 for him bathing for the first time in history.

Audrina Patridge has dinner with Justin-Bobby bud Derek and says she's DONE! She's SO over him! For GOOD! Until next week's promos, that is. Pathetic. Minus 14.

Kristin, Justin and Stacie hit a strip club, where the latter complains about being a third wheel. Minus only 1, though, because Kristin wants to "learn how to work a pole."

Plus 17 for the obligatory Kristin-Stacie kissing scene. These two girls are such attention whores, it's really sad in a way. But hey, at least they're good at it.

Charlie: "Dude, you gotta be you." Spencer: "Me is not a baby." LOL. Plus 12.

Justin: [in bed the next day] "How you feelin'?" Kristin: "Pretty bad, but not as bad as I should." Justin: "That's 'cause I'm here." Massive eye roll. Minus 8.

Erin tells Olivia Palermo that she should stress a little more. Plus 3, because let's face it, she's right. Moron simply doesn't care about doing a good job.

Thanks to a stunt in which champagne is sprayed on everyone, Roxy does her best to sabotage her BFF's photo shoot. Who saw that coming? Minus 4.
How do Olivia Palermo and Roxy Olin still have jobs?!

Rox makes up for it by starting a cute food fight with Whitney afterward. Plus 5, because it's hard to totally dislike Roxy Olin, even if she's a terrible worker.

Olivia screws up Erin's TV shoot, again seemingly out of laziness. Here's what we don't get about this show. In this economy, and particularly in a cutthroat publishing environment, how has she not gotten fired like 14 times already? Minus 8.

Whitney's fashion photos come out looking awesome! Plus 6. Also, an additional Plus 3 for Kelly not beating around the bush when it comes to the work that Whitney Port needs to do to become a successful designer. She's like a real boss!

This is pretty much the same complaint we just made about Olivia, but we feel it bears repeating. Kelly confides in Whitney about Roxy, saying she doesn't know what to do about her ... as if she can't FIRE HER AT ANY GIVEN INSTANT. Minus 11.

TOTAL: -5. SEASON TOTAL: +2. The City didn't do a lot for us this week. Girls flaking out at jobs they were given solely because they're on an MTV reality show and clearly don't deserve in the first place is getting old. We heart Whitney, though.

In light of his controversial American Music Awards performance, and subsequent ban from Good Morning America, Adam Lambert is receiving support from past American Idol contestants.

With one major exception.

We'll get to that shortly, but first a look at what those in Lambert's corner have to say...

Kevin Covais: "I honestly had no problem with Adam's AMA performance. After watching him take risks on Idol, it was about what I expected. Despite being a bit risque, I don't feel like it pushed the envelope that much further from what we normally see these days, especially on primetime television. I see no reason why he should be punished by ABC."

Jim Verraros: "[Gays] need this, and we need him. We need to have him out there - he's a gay pop singer from America. But I am torn - I don't know if I would have done that kind of performance for my first nationally televised show. I think had he done it at a more intimate club environment, it would have gone over a lot better."

Diana DeGarmo: "It should help out his career... with all of the buzz around the performance, his sales shouldn't suffer whatsoever."
Season three contestant Jon Peter Lewis takes a harsh view of Lambert, however. He told Us Weekly:

"All this nonsense about Adam Lambert's whole project being art is bogus. That idea is absurd. It's like calling Thomas Kinkade art. What a sham."

Hmmm... Kinkade is a painter. Media Arts, a publicly-traded company that licenses and sells his products, reports that 1 in 20 homes in the U.S. features some form of the man's art.

So it's unclear what point Lewis is making. If he, or any Lambert critic, is suggesting that Adam's performance might turn some people off, no one (including Lambert himself) would disagree.

But is a singer's job to satisfy the masses? Or to remain true to himself? Sounds like a debate for THG readers! Have at it in our comments section!

"Never underestimate the Pricey, there goes another one - it's as easy as that for me," said the model, who later lamented the loss of constant banging:

"It's a shame because he was as horny as hell, and he's always been great in bed ... I'm not with him, though. I cannot live my life by anyone else."

Reid, the cage fighter and part-time cross-dresser, also confirmed the split in a bizarre statement about the relationship having "apparently ended."

"There are ongoing telephone conversations between them, but Alex has no further comment regarding the state of their relationship," his rep said.
Katie Price kicked a shocked Alex Reid to the curb.

Alex's mum, who Katie recently met, blasted her for her actions on the ITV1 show, branding her "cruel." Peter Andre might share that sentiment.

Carol Reid fumed: "He really loved her and gave up a lot for her and this is how he gets treated by her. He must be upset. I am worried for him."

Jordan, who said she "didn't want a relationship" at present, went shopping with pal Michelle Heaton in Queensland, Australia, where she's staying.

She walked off the reality show Sunday after being voted to do a seventh gruesome trial by the public. She said she'd had enough and that was it.

The model also moaned that she missed her kids back home and that she kept being reminded of Peter. Hours later, Alex Reid's ass got dumped.

Asked if he'd been watching his former wife on the show, Peter Andre said he actually hadn't: "I swear on my life I have not watched one episode."

"The kids haven't seen it either, it's on far too late for them."

Shuana Sand, then 32, soon took the Texas native's virginity.

"He was so incredibly beautiful. I immediately fell in love with him!" Shauna recalls of meeting the future Gossip Girl cast member at a college party in Malibu.

The couple began dating "and I gave him a key to my apartment."
Shauna Sand says she had sex with Chace Crawford.

They quickly "wore out a path to the bedroom," says she.

A friend tells Star that even though Crawford dated a girl in high school: "Chace told me, 'Shauna was the first girl that I ever had sex with! She blew my mind!'"

Although the friend says Chace and Shauna had a "secret relationship," the couple dated off and on for a year before they drifted apart. But, in 2007, after Shauna's brief second marriage ended, Shauna said the spark was reignited!

In the Twilight Saga, the Volturi are a trio of ancient vampires who are as close to being the royalty of the vampire world as possible. The Volturi are the enforcers of order in the vampire world. They do not tolerate vampires bringing attention to themselves as their law is that no one reveal that vampires exist. They are thousands of years old and have remained in power by forming a coven of vampires with special gifts. The three are Marcus who has the power to sense relationships, Caius with no known powers, and Aro, the ringleader with the power to know everything his subject knows when he touches them. Aro, played by Michael Sheen, is the leader of the Volturi coven.

The potential for these characters is prominent in New Moon. Hopefully, Eclipse and nay subsequent movies capitalize on their strengths. Meanwhile, here are what some of the Volturi coven actors are up to:

* Michael Sheen who plays Aro will be in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland out early 2010.
* Jamie Campbell Bower, the actor who plays Caius will be in the upcoming London Boulevard along with both Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows films.
* Christopher Heyerdahl, the actor for Marcus will be in an upcoming Stargate: Extinction.
* Daniel Cudmore, the stuntman/actor who portrays Felix, the Volturi guard in New Moon wont have any major roles soon, though he has a small part in a 2009 Steven Segal flick, Driven to Kill.
* Dakota Fanning the actress who portrays Jane in New Moon and Eclipse can be seen with fellow New Moon co-star Kristen Stewart in The Runaways.

In the Dancing with the Stars 2009 season finale Donny Osmond was crowned the winner, and won the mirror-ball trophy on Tuesday night. Season 9 of Dancing with the Stars was good this season, and it has created quite a buzz on the internet with people searching every week to see who was voted off, and about the cast.

The final three dancers who competed for the Dancing with the Stars 2009 trophy were Kelly Osborne, Donny Osmond, and Mya. The judges gave top billing in Monday night’s show to Mya, then Donny Osmond, and the Kelly Osborne.

Whitney Houston performed “Million Dollar Bill” Tuesday night on the dance floor and got the crowd ready to go. Whitney Houston looked and sounded amazing. Later, she performed I want to Dance with Somebody.

There was also another funny little skit about the Dancing with the Stars losers club, which starred some of the funny eliminations that were eliminated off first in each season. Ashley Hamilton who was voted off first in this season was awarded a star studded jacket.

Each of the stars that have been voted off this season danced a short dance with their partners (in the order that they were voted off) in a final wrap up. Then the three finalists danced their best dance of the season before the winner was announced. Kelly Osborne had a standing ovation and the crowd cheered her name over and over.

They also did a short story about the number of people that were either sick or injured this season. With the swine flu in prime season during the 10 week show taping, many of the cast members were sick.

This weekend, however, it was the setting for a couple that often sleeps... together!

Witty segues aside, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart celebrated the incredible opening of New Moon by living it up for a few days in the Big Apple.

On Thursday evening, the couple hung out at the Soho House and "had a good time," a helpful witness told People. From there, Robsten was spotted making out (!!!!) at Avenue, where they also shared a table with Joan Jett.
The following night, Rob and Kristen totally broke curfew: They stayed out until 3 a.m. at the Upper West Side's Dive Bar.

Finally, on the Lord's Day, the pair dined at Megu in Tribeca. A creepy insider relayed each star's actual meal, as Pattinson dined on Kobe beef skewers and asparagus, while Stewart enjoyed a sashimi platter and the king crab.

"They were with two friends and looked very cozy," said the source. "Both were having a great time."

Yeeeaaahhh they were!

Hours after shocking the music world with his raunchy American Music Awards performance, Adam Lambert was anything but apologetic.

"You know honestly, if I offended some people... it's apples and oranges. I'm not an artist that does things for every single person," he told Access Hollywood. "I believe in artistic freedom and expression, I believe in honoring the lyrics of a song, and those lyrics aren't really for everybody, either."

During his rendition of "For Your Entertainment," Adam kissed another guy, shoved a dude's face into his crotch and dragged a scantily-clad woman around by her leg. The first two acts were edited out when the show aired on the West Coast.

Lambert considers this an act of "discrimination."
"There's a big double standard, female pop artists have been doing things provocative like that for years, and the fact that I'm a male, and I'll be edited and discriminated against could be a problem," he explained.

The man makes a good point: when Britney Spears and Madonna kissed on stage at the 2003 Video Music Awards, the act was replayed for days on end. No affiliated dared to censor it.

But what do you think the reaction would be if Lambert made out with Kris Allen during a concert?

"People are scared and it's really sad, I just wish people could open their minds up and enjoy things, it's all for a laugh, it's really not that big of a deal," Lambert said of his sexuality and his provocative acts.

We agree. Did Adam really do anything on stage that Prince, Madonna, Britney or Lady Gaga haven't done before? The only difference: he's gay. America has to get over that. After all, as Lambert shouted many times last night:

Possible anorexic near-nipple slips aside, Kate Hudson and A-Rod palled around with friends, making sweet music backstage at the American Music Awards.

As Kate got cold, possibly due to malnourishment, Alex stepped up, a source said: "A-Rod gave Kate a big squeeze to keep her warm, and a sweet smooch."

She was "beaming, glowing actually." Consider our heart strings tugged at.

YIKES: Kate Hudson's dress at the American Music Awards left much to be desired, and yet little to the imagination. At least A-Rod was there to comfort her.

Hudson, along with Nicole Kidman, who both star in the upcoming Nine with Fergie, introduced the singer-actress's performance with the Black Eyed Peas.

A-Rod, who just won his first World Series title with the Yankees this month, introduced Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, who sang their hit, "Empire State Of Mind."

Hudson, in her barely-there silver dress, ignited giggles from the crowd, and at our headquarters, when she repeatedly adjusted her plunging neck line.

Eat a burger or two sometime, girl. Or some more tofu if that's what you're into. But yeesh, that's just not healthy. No matter what Kate Moss says.

Having had two weddings already, and having been married an entire year, or half that if you only count their legal nuptials, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag naturally need to renew their wedding vows to reaffirm their love for attention each other.

"I could do five or six," she said. "I just want the dresses."

As for their first non-anniversary, how will they celebrate?

"My spirit will be with my wife, but my body will be ringside at my business partner's [boxing match]," Spencer said, and it appears that Heidi is cool with that.

"I'll take his credit card, be in Beverly Hills shopping, and not looking back," she said. "I have puppies, so I'll take them. I like cooking more for them anyway."

It was a fairy tale wedding made for reality TV. It was also almost seven months ago. At this point every couple needs to renew their vows to affirm their commitment.

The Hills stars and How to Be Famous authors shocked fans and families by eloping to Cabo San Lucas to exchange vows in a sham staged secret wedding.

That was last November. Their second wedding, held April 25 in Pasadena, was filmed for The Hills season finale and was the final episode for Lauren Conrad.

Spencer says that's the reason he wants another ceremony.

"We got robbed at our second wedding. We lost all the good energy of our first by having LC in the building," Spencer says of his wife's former BFF turned foe.

That's as good an excuse for wedding #3 as we can think of.

Disney Channel darlings Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez looked beautiful as usual tonight when they presented at the American Music Awards.

Demi Lovato's ruffled dress was tasteful but flattering, though there was some debate over what color it really was.

The Celebrity Kids Examiner described the look as "nude" because of how the color blended with her skin.

Although I thought red or crimson might have been more flattering with her skin tone, the peachy dress was elegant in an understated way. It also contrasted with Selena Gomez' more sparkly ensemble at the American Music Awards.

Jon Gosselin: Pimped By Michael Lohan

Michael Lohan was receiving money for securing paying gigs on behalf of Jon Gosselin, he says, a fact that could doom Jonny Boy in his legal battle with TLC.

Jon Gosselin entered into a business relationship with Hailey Glassman, Mike Heller and Michael Lohan to earn money, all in violation of his TLC contract.

Though unsigned, the contract led to Jon being paid for outside appearances that violated his TLC deal, Michael Lohan himself told the celeb gossip site.

The document and the payments Jon ended up getting could be a smoking gun in the breach of contract lawsuit brought against the father of eight by TLC.

According to the deal, "TR" is entitled to certain fees resulting from business transactions on behalf of Gosselin and then-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

“I brought Jon to the table so I told Michael Heller we needed an agreement. He said no problem,” Lohan said, explaining the origin of the document.

Get ready to say BYE to a lot of money, Jon.

“We were representing him ... I brought Jon Gosselin to Mike Heller, so Michael therefore had an obligation to pay me a percentage of what he made.”

TR is a joint venture of Lohan’s company and Mike Heller’s company. Heller never signed the deal after his dad Mark, Jon's lawyer, advised him not to.

Regardless, in what is sure to be strong evidence for TLC, who subpoenaed Lohan, says he got paid for deals Jon made money from. Probably illegally.

Heller “was paying me all along, which basically proves I have a deal. Why was he paying me checks and giving my wife and my son checks?” Lohan said.

Lohan said some payments he got for helping get Jon gigs was in cash.

“A lot of it was cash, so I would imagine that there were a lot of things I wasn’t paid for too,” the father of Lindsay and Ali said. “We’re going to find out.”

The fact that a paper trail exists on side business deals may turn out to be strong evidence for TLC against Jon. The tool's best shot, according to his $5 million countersuit, is to claim his original deal is unreasonable. Stay tuned.

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty will probably tie the knot with beau Raj Kundra in October this year, say reports.

The couple have set a tentative date in October and plan to have a traditional ceremony in India, it is reported.

"I have very traditional views of marriage. I've seen my parents maintain a 35-year marriage and I really believe marriages are made in heaven. I've always said that the day I decide to tie the knot it is going to be for good," Shilpa said.

"I have often wondered who the right person would be and I've come to realise that for me it is Raj. I'm completely sure he is my soul mate," she added.

Kundra seems as excited about the prospect of marriage as Shilpa.

"I have spoken to Shilpa's parents and we are doing it the Indian way. In India, you don't get engaged until just before the wedding
, so I didn't go down on one knee to her or anything like that. But we have definitely set a date for this year," he said.

The couple have been together for two years. They are yet to make an official announcement out of respect for British reality TV star Jade Goody, who passed away March 22. She had appeared with Shilpa on Celebrity Big Brother
, sparking an international racism row.

The actress, 33, recently bought a 5 million pound house in Weybridge, Surrey with Kundra. The house has seven bedrooms.

Kundra, a 34-year-old millionaire, owns a Dubai-based business and deals in the trading of precious stones and metals.

He has also started to help Shilpa manage her career and is believed to be behind her decision last month to invest 8 million pounds in the cricket team Rajasthan Royals, who were last year's Indian Premier League winners.
