Facing felony grand theft charges as well as probation violation woes, the troubled star paid a visit to famed celeb lawyer Blair Berk, who used to rep LiLo.

As the lawyer in the case that has now led to repeated probation violations, Berk may have some insight on the deal Lindsay turned down early this week.

It's likely Berk and LiLo will discuss the D.A.'s plea offer, which would require her to accept six months in jail. Does she have a prayer of getting out of it?
