10 Million Deal Tiger Woods Rachel Uchitel Tiger Woods continues his string of bad press with the recent leak that Tiger Woods gave his mistress and nightclub executive, Rachel Uchitel nearly $10 million. He gave her the money to keep her from holding a tell all press conference that she was planning on holding with her LA lawyer Gloria Allred. This will more than likely bring a string of coverage on the incident should it turn out to be true, and will likely be the focal point of Woods return to golf at The Masters later this month. Woods has done an excellent job of straying away from media coverage that could further extend the process and has remained relatively quiet in recent days. He has received some criticism from some bloggers in recent days that the money could have been later used to help individuals who were suffering from the earthquake in Haiti. Woods has made several attempts to depress the story before it hit the air waves. When the claims were first going to be released to the National Enquirer, Woods forwarded all inquiries on the story to his agent. He would later claim that his staff had no idea what he was doing behind their backs. These claims have been under fire recently by mistresses of the famed golfer who have claimed that certain members of his staff were completely aware of what Woods was doing when he was away from home. The story will be appearing in a number of different magazines in the coming days. This certainly is going to extend the lifetime of the story that Tiger hopes would just die already, and will likely stir up the media pot before Woods can make his return to golf at The Master’s later this month.
