Usmagazine.com says Christie was the one to initiate the split but no details have surfaced as to why the romance (or faux-mance, for that matter) didn’t work out. However, if Hailey Glassman’s assessment of Gosselin’s nether regions has any merit, that very well could be the reason why Christie packed it up and took her services elsewhere.

The report mentions that Gosselin was holing up in Christie’s family mansion while ex-wife Kate is cha-cha-ing on Dancing With The Stars. Gosselin was also denied extended custody as Kate feels the brood would benefit more from the watchful eye of a nanny.
